Kalyan joins issue with PMO over "missing" letter on floods
Chief Minister Kalyan Singh's allegation that the letter sent by him to the Prime Minister seeking financial aid to cope with the flash floods had been misplaced by the PMO has triggered a controversy in political circles. Kalyan baiters within the BJP term the allegation as an affront to the PMO.

The Congress has accused the BJP-led Government of fracturing the consensus on India's foreign policy, rejecting the BJP's allegation that it was the Congress which had ruptured the consensus.
