Pandit shines for MiG

MUMBAI, Sept 20: Overnight rains ensured no worthwhile result Division I with five matches ending in draws in the eight round of the Kanga League here today.

Chandrakant Pandit (64: 29b, 6x4, 4x6) led the batting honours as MiG declared at 181 for 7. In reply, CCI could muster only 131-5. Sportsmen, Kalyan came close to upstaging Parsee Gymkhana's score of 162-1 declared in Division III encounter. Sportsmen went close scoring 158-9.
