NEW DELHI, September 20: A 10-member team (five men and five women) wll represent the country in the 14th Asian Table Tennis Championships to be held at Osaka (Japan) from September 27 to October 4.Releasing the list of names for the championships here today, the Table Tennis Federation of India secretary, Mool Chand Chowhan, said the team, presently undergoing a preparatory camp at Patiala, will leave for Japan on September 26. Chetan Baboor and S Raman, who are undergoing training in Sweden, will join the other team members in Osaka.
The Team
Men: Chetan Baboor, S Raman, Arup Basak, Soumyadeep Roy, Deepak Thukral.
Women: N R Indu, M S Mythili, Mantu Ghosh, Poulomi Ghatak, Kasturi Chakravarty.
Coaches: Kamlesh Mehta and S.Srnivasan.
