LUDHIANA, SEPT 22: Richa Misra of Delhi made a rich haul of three gold medals on the 15th Sub- Junior and 25th Junior National aquatic championship at Municipal Corporation Swimming pool here today as Karnataka, all set for title win, laid claim to another seven medals. Kerala and Assam also clinched one gold each.Richa proved fastest in 400 metres freestyle (5:06.30), 200 metres individual medley (2:38.35) and 100 metres, butterfly (1:10.13). Continuing their winning streak Nakul Narayan (400 metres freestyle), Chitra K.(400 metres individual medlay), Mario Johnson (100 metres butterfly and 200 metres individual medlay) and Parshotham S.V. (100 metres backstroke), all from Karnataka struck golds. In addition Karnatak won both the 4x100 metres relay for boys and girls.
Sumy Cyrial triumphed in 100 metres backstroke (1:13.22) while star swimmer of Assam Elvis Ali Hazarika swam to glory in 400 metres individual medlay clocking 5:08.43.

Girls II: 1 Richa Misra (Dli) 2:38.85, 2 Sindoor Thakkar (Mah), 3 Archana Bhushan (Kar). 400 m free style (boys II): 1 Nakul Narayan (Kar) 4:28.10, 2 Sidhant Nagrani (Mah), 3 Mario Johnson (Kar). Girls II: 1 Richa Misra (Dli) 5:06.30, 2 Archana Bhushan (Kar), 3 Namrtha Shetty (Kar). 400 m individual medlay (boys I): 1 Elvis Ali Hazarika (Assam) 5:08.43, 2 Shreesh Reddy (Kar), 3 Christopher Koo (Kar). Girls I: 1 Chitra K.
