PUNE, Sept 25: Sagar Dungule's mesmerising spell of 5/10 enabled SSPMS hand J.N Petit High School a 51-run defeat and in the process lift the PDMGSC under-14 Vinoo Mankad Trophy on Thursday.SSPMS batting first scored a formidable 154 in their allotted 40 overs before being bowled out. Prashant Naik and Chetan Suryanwashi ensured a decent total for their side scoring 37 and 36 runs respectively.
J.N Petit in reply also found it difficult to get going against the tidy line and length maintained by their rivals. SSPMS' Sagar ripped through the batting side scalping five wickets, while Imran Khan ended with figures of 1/7.
