The Pune Municipal Transport commuters, with the PMT launching a self-appraisal drive. With over 34,000 questionnaires being distributed among the passengers on varied topics such as the condition of the buses, behaviour of the drivers and the like. By taking a long, hard and honest look at itself, it is hoped that the PMT will pull its socks up.
