Bihar boat mishapsPATNA: Seventeen people are feared dead in two boat mishaps in Bhojpur district of Bihar since Friday. A country boat carrying 25 people capsized in river Ganga on Sunday morning. In another accident in the same district, ten people were feared drowned on Friday night.
Special trains
CHANDIGARH: Northern Railway will run a special bi-weekly train from Kalka and Chandigarh to Mumbai from Monday till October 31.
US tests
WASHINGTON: US conducted non-explosive nuclear tests on Saturday.However, the tests were sub-critical experiments designed to obtain data on the effects of aging on material in nuclear weapons.
