The 29th annual conference of the Indian Psychiatric Society (West Zone) will be held at Rangsharada auditorium, Bandra between October 2-4. More than 400 psychiatrists are expected to attend the conference to discuss `Urbanisation & Mental Health'.

Dr Goyal's lecture on angioplasty

Dr B K Goyal, a leading interventional cardiologists and chief of cardiology, Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences has been invited by the University of Rouen Paris to deliver a lecture on `Current scenario in inter-coronary stenting during angioplasty'.

Workshop on schizophrenia

A workshop on treatment of schizophrenia will be organised by Prerna, an NGO, at Nehru Science Centre on October 2.
