Bipin advanced camps
The Bipin Memorial Football Association will organise advanced camps for trainees chosen at the end of the summer vacation camp (April-May). These trainees willreassemble for advanced coaching camps from Oct 11 and continue their training till the end of the Diwali holidays and then on Saturdays and Sundays till the first week of December, when the annual tournament among the teams representing the various centres will be held. As in the past 12 years, this year too, the boys and girls will be put through their paces at seven centres, with Bengal Club at Shivaji Park being the latest addition. The inauguration of the advanced training camp, however, will be at 7.30 a.m. on Sunday, October 11, at the St Xavier's Ground, Parel, where all the trainees will report.
The trainees will report to their respective centres from the next day. They will be guided by illustrious coaches who had played for India, Maharashtra and Indian Railways.
The trainees should contact the camp directors/coaches for further particulars.
