RSS march past in Mumbai
UNITED NEWS OF INDIA
The Mumbai unit of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) celebrated Vijayadashmi (Dussehra) on its foundation day on Sunday by taking out a march past in the city. Around traditionally attired 1,000 Swayamsevaks marched in the city upto the historic August Kranti Maidan. All-India joint general secretary of the Sangh, Madanji, at the end of the march past called upon Swayamsevaks to ``integrate once again'' for greater awareness among people ``particularly of the swadeshi movement taking into consideration the onslaught of multinationals in the country''.Copyright © 1998 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
