Australian captain Mark Taylor has repeated allegations of bribery to a government-appointed judge investigating charges of match-rigging and betting in Pakistani cricket.

Courier falters in first round at Shanghai Open
Todd Woodbridge beat Jim Courier in a dramatic tiebreak finish to their first round clash in the $ 340,000 Shanghai Open on Tuesday. The Australian recovered from 4-1 down to win the tie-break 8-6, eliminating a stunned Courier 1-6 6-3 7-6.

England pull out from Champions' Trophy
The England men's hockey team has pulled out of this month's Champions' Trophy in Pakistan for security reasons. The decision was taken following foreign office advice about travelling to the region. The tournament starts in Lahore on October 31.
