KUALA LUMPUR, OCT 15: Gaurav Ghei was the only Indian among eight to record below par opening round, while towering Australian John Senden fired a 4 under par 67 to share the lead in the $200,000 Omega Tour's Kuala Lumpur golf here today.Ghei returned one under par 70 to finish at joint ninth slot while fancied Jeev Milkha Singh shot three over par 74 and was lying at joint 57th slot.Vivek Bhandari, Arjun Singh and Jyoti Randhwa carded identical four over par 75 and were at joint 68th place.
Vijay in lead
FARIDABAD: Vijay Kumar played some steady golf to card a two-under 70 on the opening day of the Royal Challenge at the Aravalli Golf Range at Faridabad. Sharing the opening day's honours with him was Bhoop Singh, while GS Sethi was the only other golfer to shoot a sub-par score. He shot one under 71.

CHANDIGARH: Ashok Kumar further enhanced his chances of winning the boys under-18 category title in the IGU-catgorised St Xavier's Northern India Junior and Sub-Junior Golf Tournament being conducted by Chandigarh Golf Club at its sprawling course here today. Ashok carded one over par 73 after 80 on the first day and 75 on the second day, to aggregate 228.
