On a sultry and rain-marred day, Sunil eliminated Benjamin Xavier of Maharashtra 6-2,6-1 while Sitaram accounted for his state-mate Yogendra Naik 6-4,6-0 in the semifinals at the DLTA Stadium today.

Sonal, favourite for the under-16 title, faced some opposition from Shree Yusaf of Maharashtra in the first set but overcame that to win 7-5,6-4. Lisa defeated Geeta Manohar of Andhra Pradesh 7-5,6-0 to enter the final.

Dhrub Kumar of West Bengal will meet second seed Delhi lad Nishank Mishra in the boys under-14 final tomorrow. In the girls section the final will be contested between Tamil Nadu's Samrita Sekhar and Andhra's Sasha Abraham.

Kumar beat Amanjit Singh of Chandigarh 6-1,7-5 and Mishra overpowered Tamil Nadu's Avinash Reddy of Tamil Nadu 6-3,6-3. Reddy had upset second seed Vikrant Sane of Maharashtra yesterday.
