Scooter, mobike stolen
Naval Pahuja, a resident of Burial village, complained to the police that his scooter CH01F 9870, was stolen from the village. While, Arun B.S., a resident of Maullanpur in Roopnagar district, reported to the police that his motorcycle AJ06CC 9177, was stolen from Sector 17. The police have registered separate cases of theft.

Man consumes poison
Sanjay Kumar, a resident of Hallomajra village, was admitted to the PGI after he consumed a poisonous substance, police sources said. His condition is stated to be serious. While Sushma Maini, 47, a resident of Sector 47, was admitted to the PGI with burn injuries after a cooker burst, spilling boiling water over her, police said.
