Melbourne, "A" Eleven victorious

PUNE, Oct 23: Melbourne Cricket Club and `A' Eleven increased their points tally by registering wins in their respective league matches in the ongoing Late Sadu Shinde League league.

Walthure was the highest scorer for Melbourne C.C., with 44 runs, in their encounter against Khadki C.C. Ramesh Tikone, in his turn, scored a 27 not out at the end of the day. By the end of their innings Melbourne had 204 runs on the board. In return Khadki C.C. could score only 155 before being all out in 35.3 overs.

Young Tayyabi: 106; 35 overs (Mahesh Burate 24/3, Dilip Zende 14/3, Prashant Jadhav 24/2) lost to A Eleven CC: 109 for 4; 20.4 overs.
