Asha to sing PM's poems

NEW DELHI, October 25: Singer Asha Bhonsle today expressed her desire to render her voice to the poetic ruminations of the Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee which have been in the news recently. Asha Bhonsle formally called on the Prime Minister and offered to sing his poems, BJP MP from Chandni Chowk Vijay Goel said. Vajpayee handed over to Asha a copy of the book containing his poems Mere Ekyavan Kavitayen (My Fifty One Poems) for her to select for singing.Copyright © 1998 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
