VADODARA, Oct 27: In just 24 hours after the BJP councillors lambasted their office-bearers for their alleged failure to control the administration, the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) has claimed that civic works to the tune of Rs 7 crore would be completed by March 31, 1999.Plans have been chalked out to complete the civic works which include suggestions by councillors and works to be carried out under the budget for administrative wards for 1998-99, according to VMC sources.
