Godara stars in Amro Bank win

NEW DELHI, October 28: Jack Daniel Kashmir and ABN Amro Bank 1 entered the semifinals of Radha Mohan Rajinder Mohan Gold Cup (10 goal) polo tournament, beating Teachers 6-5 1/2 and HIH Insurance 8-1, respectively. Tarquin Southwell, a 4-goal player from England, scored three goals for Jack Daniel Kashmir who were ably supported by B P Singh and Rajesh Sehgal who scored two and one goal, respectively. Vishal Singh scored all the four goals for Teachers who began the match with 1 1/2 goal on handicap.Manupal Godara scored four goals while Shamsheer Ali (2) and Angad Kalaan were the other goal-getters for AMN Amro.
