Indo-British prog on trade relations
A week-long programme of seminars, commercial and cultural events has been organised to mark the fifth year of collaboration between India and United Kingdom.

SC refuses to extend deadline for old vehicles
The Supreme Court today rejected the Delhi Government's plea to extend the November 15 deadline for phasing out over 17-year-old commercial vehicles and asked them to implement the court order which also banned plying of over 15-year-old vehicles by the end of this year.

Sharma had close links with Reliance man, say police
The Delhi police today said several incriminating documents and computer floppies were seized during a search at the office and residence of V Balasubramanian, an alleged associate of Romesh Sharma.
