Parvinder honoured
Madhya Pradesh, comprising eight players from the CISF, won the 21st junior national handball championship defeating Punjab 19-17 at Rohtak. Parvinder Singh of Haryana was honoured during the occasion for his achievements in Commonwealth Games where India won the silver.
