Cash stolen
Vikramsinh Ganpatsinh Mahida, a resident of Ashok Society, has complained to the Fatehgunj police that cash and valuables worth Rs 7,850 were stolen from his house on Saturday night. He said thieves barged into his house from the rear door, which was accidentally left open on that night. A case had been registered, the police said.

Vehicle thefts
Two scooters were reported stolen in two separate incidents of vehicle theft registered by the police on Sunday. According to the police, a white scooter (GBR 5827) of 1987 model was stolen from a house in Mangalyapark Society by some unidentified persons by using duplicate keys. In another incident, a Bajaj scooter (GJ6-J-2083 from near the Wadi police station. Investigations are on, the police said.
