Software export poised to go up

NEW DELHI, NOV 5: India's software export earnings are likely to increase by over 62 per cent and touch Rs 11,000 crore in the current fiscal, the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ECSESC) said here today.India's software export earnings had grown at an average rate of 55 per cent and stood at Rs 6,800 crore at the end of fiscal 1997-98, a council release said.
