Slimy bloodsuckers which can eat your pains away
Amid the gentle, green hills of South Wales, maggots and bloodsucking leeches are breeding at a shocking rate, multiplying by the thousands. And that, believe it or not, is a good thing. The squiggly creatures are not only helping doctors save lives and limbs worldwide, they're also drawing attention to a region quietly developing into one of Britain's leading biotechnology centres.

Nilu Phule gets Kala award
This year's Kala Gaurav Puraskar will go to prominent stage and film actor Nilu Phule. Senior drama critique V B Deshpande will be honoured for his work in the field of drama. The best actor award will go to Kishor Kadam for the role of Babasaheb Ambedkar in the play Gandhi Ambedkar.
