HC fiat on price rigging today

MUMBAI, Nov 6: The Mumbai High Court has reserved until Saturday, its orders on a petition filed by brokers challenging the SEBI order which had debarred them from trading till the pendency of the inquiry into alleged charges of price manipulation.The division bench comprising Justice A Agarwal and Justice S S Parkar heard both the sides over a marathon period of almost six hours and reserved its order till Saturday.
