Drunk CTU driver dies

CHANDIGARH, Nov 6: The driver of a Chandigarh Transport Undertaking bus, who had stopped at a liquor vend in Sector 28, reportedly collapsed and died outside the vend this afternoon.According to police sources, Balihar Singh, driver of CTU bus (CH01G 5133) had halted the bus near the vend to buy liquor. "When he reached the vend, he complained of acute pain in the chest and collapsed,'' it was added.Sources said he was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
