Toshiba centre in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD, NOV 11: Toshiba Electronics has evinced interest in setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary software development centre at the L&T Hi-Tec City project in Hyderabad. The project will be inaugurated by prime minister AB Vajpayee in less than ten days from now.The Japanese major has applied to the FIPB for setting up the multi-crore centre. The company will make a formal announcement once the approval is through. Other software majors like Microsoft, Oracle, ApliSoft and Cybermate have already booked space.
