Auction of petrol pumps: Summons issued

CHANDIGARH, Nov 11: UT Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tejwinder Singh has issued summons to the Union of India through Secretary, Union Ministry of Petroleum, for Friday in a civil suit seeking directions against the auction of petrol pumps in the City on November 15.The plaintiff, Raj Kumari of Messers Achrumal Kanwarchand, had earlier stated that a petrol pump, allotted to them near the air fields, had to be closed due to the acquisition of land for the expansion of the air field.
