CHANDIGARH, Nov 11: Neeraj Bansal of Punjab outclassed Amit Sachdeva of Chandigarh 15-13, 9-15, 15-8 in the men's singles first round of the fourth Tara Chand Memorial cash prize invitation badminton tournament which got underway at Community Centre, Sector 7 in Panchkula today.Gagan Ratti of Punjab also moved into the men's singles second round by beating Virender of Haryana 15-7, 12-15, 15-2.
In the under-13 boys singles first round, Prateek of Haryana defeated Manoj (Haryana) 15-5, 15-4.
