MUMBAI, Nov 17: Sachin Tendulkar will lead the 15-member Mumbai team in their season-opening West Zone Ranji Trophy match against Gujarat at the Wankhede Stadium here.Vinod Kambli, who has been declared fit to play his first competitive match since April when he suffered a nasty ankle injury, will be Tendulkar's deputy.
The one-day fixture is to be played on November 22 and will be followed by the four-day match from November 23.
The team: Sachin Tendulkar (capt), Vinod Kambli (vice-capt), Wasim Jaffer, Amol Muzumdar, Praveen Amre, Jatin Paranjpe, Sameer Dighe, Sulakshan Kulkarni, Abey Kuruvilla, Paras Mhambrey, Santosh Saxena, Rajesh Pawar, Rajesh Sutar, Manoj Joglekar, Ajit Agarkar.
