Ian Bishop likely to play
The West Indies `A' team take on BCCI India Youth in their second match before they start their `Test' and one-day series. It is for sure that wicket-keeper batsman Courtney Brown, Ian Bishop and Chris Gayle, who have not played so far, will be given their due before they begin the tour on a serious note.
Bedi floats ex-Test players association
Bishan Singh Bedi has announced the launching of an ex-Test Cricketers Association. Kapil Dev, G R Vishwanath, Brijesh Patel, Dilip Vengsarkar, Madan Lal, Yashpal Sharma and Arun Lal have expressed their willingness to join the new association.
Vijayalakshmi, humpy in third spot
