Two traders denied bail in dropsy case

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
NEW DELHI, Nov 27: Additional Sessions Judge Sharda Aggarwal yesterday rejected the bail pleas of two traders who were remanded to judicial custody following reports from the Central Food Laboratory that confirmed the presence of argemone in oil samples taken from their shops. Balkishan runs a store in Khanna Market and R.K. Arora owns a shop on Kalibari Marg. They were granted interim bail by the ASJ after they applied for it in September. The judge ordered that the two would be out on bail till the CFL submitted its report. The oil samples were taken from their shops following the outbreak of dropsy in the Capital.
