Fatima, on the resurgence after junior international Anita Krishnan joined their ranks this year, drubbed a second-string Agradneya Vyayamshala side 50-12. Anita led the scoring with 22 points, while Sushma Holmagi contributed 12.

For Ghatkopar, the three nationals in their side -- Ralph Gomes, Ashish Lad and Sachin More -- combined well to decimate the Central YMCA defence. Within six minutes, they had set up an 18-point lead, such was their dominance.
