Bhopal, Dec 1: Digvijay Singh was today installed as Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh for the second successive term capping an impressive victory for his party in the assembly poll proving prophets of doom wrong. Fiftytwo-year-old Singh, an engineer-turned-politician, was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor Bhai Mahavir at a function at the Raj Bhavan here. Soon after being unanimously elected leader of the CLP, Singh submitted the resignations of his council of ministers.
