Another witness turns hostile in JMM case

NEW DELHI, Dec 2: Yet another Central Bureau of Investigation witness today turned hostile in the multi-crore Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MPs' bribery case in which several top politicians, including former prime minister P V Narasimha Rao, face trial.Deposing before Special Judge Ajit Bharihoke, Dwarkanath, a former employee of Karnataka Breweries and Distilleries Limited retracted most of his statements made to the prosecuting agency earlier. With this, five CBI witnesses have turned hostile so far. Former Union ministers Ajit Singh, Captain Satish Sharma, Ramlakhan Singh Yadav and former Haryana CM Bhajan Lal are among the other accused.
