CHANDIGARH, Dec 18: A Hallomajra-based doctor couple has been booked by the police for causing death by negligence after a woman, whom they had performed abortion on, died.The police have registered a case under Section 304-A and 34 of Indian Penal Code.According to police sources, Sector 29 resident Bhupinder Singh Ragi, in his complaint filed today. his wife, aged 26, was operated upon done on December 6.
As her condition deteriorated, she was admitted to the Sector 32 Government Medical College and Hospital where she died on Wednesday.
