The football season is upon us
How else can one describe what is happening in Parliament, with the Congress deciding to play the irresponsible opposition, dribbling like one does with a football, with arguably the two-most important bills of the session.

Revelations in paradise
They play soccer and not cricket. The rich send their children to study in Paris and not London or Oxbridge. Most Mauritians read French and not English newspapers.

Confident Congress
It is not surprising to see how surefooted the Congress party is today and especially by comparison to the ruling coalition at the Centre.
