Gandhi slams triple ton

GUWAHATI, DEC 27: Devang Gandhi (323: 456b, 597m, 33x4, 5x6) helped Bengal pile up 628 for 6 against Assam in their East Zone league match. Devang not only became the sole scorer of a triple century in the domestic season this year but was also the highest individual scorer in an innings in the Eastern Zone. He was involved in a 232-run partnership for the fifth wicket with Ajay Das (102).
