Revised forms for rail concessions

VADODARA, Dec 30: From January 1, railway reservation counters will accept only revised form of certificates for physically challenged persons, following a directive to this effect from the Railway Ministry.

Senior divisional Commercial Manager Manmohan Singh said the revised forms of certificates had been circulated to all reservation offices and stations of Vadodara division. The forms would also be available at the Sir Sayajirao Gaekwad, Jamnabai and T B hospitals in Vadodara. These, in fact, are the only hospitals authorised to issue these forms, he added.

Meanwhile, Divisional Railway Manager K C Jena said in an official release that, effective January 1, the Vadodara-Ahmedabad Memu-15 would halt at Bajwa and Nandesari stations, following a request to this effect by Member of Parliament Jayaben Thakker.
