ABB, BHEL shortlised for Talcher project
State-owned National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has shortlised multinational Asean Brown Boveri (ABB) and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) for plant package of its Rs 8,000 crore Talcher Phase-II power project in Orissa.
