January 14: Maharashtra's Akhil Behl marched into the semi-final of the National squash championships at the Calcutta Racket Club with a 9-7, 9-1, 9-4 win over Awish Jaiswal, but Rajdip Brar of Services made his exit.In another quarter-final, Manish Chotrani of Maharashtra beat Navneet Narain of Services 9-7, 6-9, 10-8, 9-4. In the women's event, Maharashtra's Mekhla Subedar beat Bengal's Dolly Dabriwal 9-1, 9-0, 9-0.
