Lecture on malaria The Indo-American Society is organising a lecture on `Changing Face of Malaria in India' on January 22 at their office premises at 5.30 pm. The lecture will be presented by Nilima Kshirshagar, head of department, Clinical Pharmacology, KEM hospital at Parel.Camp on `Better Eyesight' The Sampoorna Institute has organised a camp for `Better Eyesight through Mental Relaxation', conducted by the Aurobindo School of Perfect Eyesight, Tiruvananthapuram. The camp will train participants for a week on practices that can cure eye-related problems, claimed a press release. The camp will be held at Siddhivinayak, 3rd Road, Santacruz (e) from Jan 20 to Feb 3 between 8 am and 11 am and 3 pm and 6 pm. The organisation has floated a competition to give the newsletter a name. This name can beeither in English, Hindi or Marathi. A `mystery prize' is in store for the winner. Contributions can also be sent to the newsletter in the form of poems, stories, reviews, cartoons an current issues.
