More than half a dozen unidentified armed men forced their way into the godown of Sleek Pharmaceuticals at Patel Nagar under Kavinagar police station area at around midnight, bashed up guard Jung Bahadur to death with iron rods after he put up a resistance. The assailants were armed with country made pistols. In another incident, two scooter-borne men intercepted a rickshaw of Manjeet Chawla, the owner of Chawla Mashinery Stores and robbed him of Rs 30,000.
