The Gurgaon coordinator of the SBI, Ramesh Chandra Vashistha, said that the credit extended under the scheme would revolve around cash credit providing for any number of withdrawals and repayments within the limits. Vashistha added that the credit limit would be fixed on the basis of operational land holding, cropping pattern and the scale of finance. The scheme was made operational at five branches of the SBI in the economically backward Mewat region at a ceremony today.
