The Haryana government Railways Police arrested an Iranian from the Kasturba hostel at Panjab University, here, last night. According to police sources, the GRP team from Kurukshetra had come with arrest warrants for Mariam, who is doing Ph.D from the PU. She was held under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).Girl takes poison
