BANGALORE, Jan 28: The city police have arrested Prakash, owner of a recreation club, for fatally knocking down Deepthi (20), a IIIyear BDS student on HAL road on January 9. According to police, Prakash who was driving his friends car hit the two wheeler which Deepthi, a resident of Banashankari III stage was riding resulting in her instantaneous death.
