Singer operates 202 Company shops which offers the unique facilities of Easy Installment Plan on its products through these exclusive stores. It also operates a trade channel which has more than 2500 dealers in its network.

In order to promote sewing as a hobby, Singer has started a unique fashion programme called ``Fun and Learn'' which educates students, housewives and young entrepreneurs through its outlets on various facets of fashion and garment designing. Singer also accredits potential sewing schools where students can learn sewing and garment designing by short and long term courses ranging from the period of 1-12 months.

The company has recently introduced first time in India the Magic Steam Press an innovative product which has an international style and design, targeted at the household segment. It has 10 times larger area and can be used for ironing larger clothes like curtain, sarees etc. It also provides crisp laundry finish by steam bust which is a unique feature in the iron.
