According to a release of the Federation of South Gujarat Typewriting and Shorthand Institutes, all typewriting institutes will receive a list stating the full names of the students appearing for the exams, seat numbers and batch numbers by March 15.

As the computerised bar-code system will prevail, those students not appearing in the specified batch will not be allowed to appear in any other batch. The seating arrangement for institutes in Vadodara will be deposited with Jayendrabhai Shah, Reliance, Alkapuri, and Nandkishore Shukla of Adarsh, Karelibaug.
