NEW DELHI, February 12: Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) S.C. Mittal today granted bail to 20 persons charged with barging into the Jai Mata Di farmhouse and injuring its inmates on the night of February 5, 1999. The farmhouse had allegedly been grabbed by Romesh Sharma from Congress MP M.K. Subba.

All the accused have been told to submit a bail bond of Rs.10,000 each, with one surety of the same amount. While granting the accused bail, the court observed that the accused persons had been in judicial custody since February 6 and the injured have been discharged from hospital.
