IOC plans Rs 1500 cr pipeline
Indian Oil Corporation has prepared a detailed feasibility report (DFR) for a 1,105km-long oil pipeline to evacuate petroleum products from its joint venture refinery with Kuwait Petroleum Company.

GDR index recovers due to Union budget
The Skindia GDR Index and BSE Sensitive Index recovered marginally during the week ended on February 18. The GDR markets remained undecided mainly due to expectations from the forthcoming budget and political uncertainty despite foreign institutional investor (FII) support.

Kuwait asks for more info from Hoechst AG on Rhone merger
Hoechst AG said its biggest shareholder, Kuwait, had asked for more information on the group's planned merger with France's Rhone-Poulenc, while a second major shareholder was reported also to have reservations about the deal.
