As many as 103 of the 121 sites were sold in the last auction. While a majority of the sites now being auctioned comprise booths, some SCOs, godowns, quiet office sites and semi-industrial sites will also be auctioned.

The sites put to auction on March 5 would be sold on a leasehold basis for 99 years, as during the last time. Sources say some sites now being sold are the ones left over from the previous auctions.
